Refunds & Returns
You are important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
In the unlikely event that one of the skin food blends does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us.
We will reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or in a damaged condition as per Australian Consumer Law. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product notify us by emailing kinandcoua@outlook.com.au prior to returning it.
To return your item, you should mail your item to 1 Rowcliffe Street Bendigo, VIC 3550.
Our policy lasts 14 days and we require proof of purchase.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If the glass packing has been broken we will request you email pictures of the state of the product to kinandcoua@outlook.com.au as it is unsafe to return the physical product.
In most circumstances, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs on orders with us are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment usually within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your skin food blend for the same item, please contact us.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items for change of mind. Once a parcel has been shipped all orders are final.
We encourage you to try our sample bag to see if a skin food blend is a good fit for your skin before purchasing a full-size blend. Contact us so we can organise a sample for you.
Cancellations
In the case of error or fraud, we accept cancellation until dispatch, once your order is shipped we are unable to offer a cancellation.
