We formulate in boutique-style small batches so when you receive your Kin & Co blends we recommend using the blends within 6 months for optimal freshness.

How soon will I see results?

Anywhere from straight away to 21 days. We recommend you take a photo before use, and after 7 & 21 days, to see your personal results.

Are Kin & Co blends made in Australia?

Absolutely, our blends are made by hand in small boutique-style batches in central Victoria.

Do you have a Physical store?

No, we are purely an online business. We formulate frequently and post within 1 to 2 business days, so your order won’t be too far away. See shipping details for more info.

Are all your products natural and organic?

Kin & CO blends are all natural. Our blends contain only the highest quality organic, natural and naturally derived botanical ingredients.

We use organic, Australian and as local as possible where possible with all our ingredients supplied within Australia.

We choose to use a small amount of essential oils no artificial fragrances or colours and formulate with raw principles in mind to respect the benefits of our botanical ingredients and your skin.

Do I need to use the whole range? Or only Kin & Co products?

No, while Kin & Co blends are designed as a stand-alone skin care system, they can complement or enhance your current routine.

Our blends have been designed to work together as a complete skin nourishing collection and have the ability to compliment other products.

If using a water-based serum apply the serum before applying the oil blend.

If using with a thick nourishing cream apply oil blends first.

Apply sunscreen after applying the oil blend.

I recommend the use of sunscreen daily

How do I store my blends?

Please store our blends in cool dark conditions away from sunlight and under 30C for optimal freshness of ingredients.

Why glass?

For your skin’s benefit, we use recyclable amber glass to protect our high-quality goodness, integrity and freshness of our beautiful age well nourishing organic ingredients from sunlight and other environmental factors.

Do you recommend and skin test before use & How do I perform a skin test?

Yes, we use only natural ingredients however, it is rare but possible to have a reaction to botanicals compounds so we recommend you perform a skin test before using.

How to perform a skin test

Simply apply a small amount of the product to a small area that is easily covered such as behind your ear or the side of your neck. The area should be clean and free from other products so you can properly test the product. Wait around 48 hours to see if you have a reaction.

How do I get the best results from my oil blends?

We recommend applying our skin food oil blends to dewy skin. A fine spritz of radiant dew or water before applying.

Awaken as an oil cleanse is best applied to dry skin then finish with a spritz and oil blend.

Apply by warming the oil between hands and pressing oil blend into the skin.

A facial massage is also wonderful and beneficial for the skin and mind.

We recommend using Berry Radiant when the skin feels congested and dull or once a week or once a fortnight for skin radiance maintenance.

Can I use an oil blend AM and PM ?

Yes, you can use our oil blends Am or Pm or both depending on your skin preference. You can change blends around day or night, alternate every few days or seasonally. You can also target different areas with different blends eg. Replenish on the neck and under the eye area and Nourish over the facial area.

Does Berry Radiant contain real fruit?

Yes, it contains Australian Organic freezer-dried strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.

How often should I use Berry Radiant?

Once a week to once a month depending on your skin’s preference. When your skin looks dull and feels congested that’s the ideal time to use berry radiant or weekly to fortnightly to continue a healthy maintenance routine.

Do I need to double cleanse Awaken oil cleanse being an oil-based cleanser?

No, Awaken contains a small percentage of polyglycerol - 2 caprate a plant-based emulsifier that aids the cleansing power and rinse-off ability.

You can double cleanse using Awaken first rinse off then double cleanse using Radiant Dew rinse off then finish with a light spritz of radiant dew on dewy skin and radiance-boosting oil blend.

Are your products nut free?

No, Replenish contains Macadamia nut oil.
